WHAT IS DIGNIO?
Dignio Connected Care is a solution for remote care, developed to give the patients better healthcare and to contribute in making the healthcare system susatinable.
The patients get access to a patient app with personal tasks related to the patients health condition. The app is integrated with a large number of measuring devices, like for example blood pressure, spirometer, and pulse oximeter. Through a chat the patient can send messages, and healthcare professionals can answer in a timely matter. Video consultation can be arranged if needed.
Healthcare professionals can monitor and follow up on a large number of patients in a connected solution. If any results are abnormal, they will get a notification. If needed, they can contact the patient, give advice or take further actions. The platform is designed for triage, so that the patients who need it the most gets help first.
